Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25213 manufactured by Arburg and we are pleased to be able to service most Arburg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMI by Manufacturer Artis as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand 554SA400K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aps such as 57108A1 equipment made by Aps have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aps products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aps" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 238810132D made by Asco as well as the popular 051871 original spares produced by Reliance-Electric
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AIMMOTION1 by Arcom-Control and 57108A1 spares by Aps are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
